Since 1989, Bob Garrity has provided services and training in communication, planning, problem-solving, restorative practices, diversity and cultural competence, and conflict resolution for schools, government, businesses, families, universities, and other organizations.
Bob has a B.A. in Government and Elementary Education from The College of William and Mary as well as an M.A. in Foreign Affairs and an M.Ed. in Social Foundations of Education from the University of Virginia.
He has worked with government, businesses, universities, and over 40 school divisions in Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, West Virginia, Georgia, Florida, and Illinois.
School services include mediation, group conflict resolution, restorative practices, bullying prevention, planning, staff development, and discipline disparity assessment and intervention.
Business and government services include training, mediating, facilitating meetings, and facilitating partnering projects.
